Job Description: We are seeking a poised and sophisticated Luxury Jewelry and Timepiece Sales Associate & Repair Specialist to join our esteemed team. In this role, you will provide personalized service to our exclusive clientele, guiding them through the selection process and fostering lasting relationships. Additionally, you will offer expertise in jewelry repair services, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship. Responsibilities include:

• Presenting a captivating selection of high-end jewelry and luxury timepieces.
• Educating customers about materials, craftsmanship, and the unique qualities of our collection.
• Assisting customers in selecting and acquiring pieces that suit their preferences and budgets.
• Providing exceptional customer service and cultivating long-term relationships.
• Conducting thorough assessments of damaged or worn jewelry, and offering repair solutions.
• Collaborating with customers to provide accurate repair estimates and timelines.
• Managing the repair process, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining organized records of repair orders and communicating updates to customers.
• Staying informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications:

• Experience in luxury jewelry and/or timepiece sales or upscale retail is desirable.
• Passion for fine jewelry, luxury timepieces, and knowledge of their craftsmanship.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Attention to detail and visual merchandising abilities.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and sales software.
• Experience or knowledge in jewelry repair and restoration is highly valued.
• Skilled in assessing and repairing various types of jewelry.
• Familiarity with gemstones, metals, and jewelry repair techniques.
• Hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (hours may vary on holidays)
